We coordinate rail freight between Ukraine/Poland and Western Europe and vice versa, taking real infrastructure and operating conditions into account. We organise transshipment, support clearance processes and provide continuous operational oversight throughout the transport.

What we do

Our work focuses on the hands-on organisation and coordination of rail freight. We combine transport planning, transshipment handling, border processes and continuous monitoring to ensure a seamless operation from initial order preparation through to completion.

Rail transport coordination

Organisation of transport orders, coordination of operators, schedules and routes across the entire journey, and selection of railway undertakings.

Transshipment organisation

Transshipment orders, terminal resource planning, checks of dimensions and weights, and planning of terminal and traction resources.

Broad-gauge / standard-gauge interface

Management of the 1520 ↔ 1435 mm gauge interface, terminal selection and dwell-time coordination.

Border clearance and operational logistics

Customs documentation, agency coordination, real-time monitoring of clearance progress and information exchange between the railway undertakings involved.

Transport monitoring

Tracking of position, ETA and clearance status, with response to infrastructure disruptions.

Ongoing operational communication

Direct contact with dispatch centres, ongoing reporting, escalation of incidents in emergencies and immediate identification of alternative solutions.

How we work

Rail freight requires precise coordination of many activities taking place in parallel. Our structured operating model covers transport planning, resource organisation, transshipment and clearance, as well as continuous supervision of execution. This enables us to respond quickly to changes and maintain transport continuity.
